All of the staff was amiable and excellent. It was a joy spending time in the immaculately clean and well-maintained room with single beds for teenagers and a very clean bathroom. The breakfast was satisfactory, had a good choice of food. I came here for 7 nights and had an enjoyable stay...

I absolutely loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of Hotel Benaco. The decor was charming and reminded me of a quaint countryside cottage. The common areas were beautifully furnished with comfortable seating areas and lovely artwork on the walls. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate my way around without any difficulty.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior woman is for the staff to be a bit more attentive. While they were friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for assistance.
